    • Product packaging may vary due to manufacturer updates.

    • Orders are confirmed only after verification.
    • HerBelle reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    5. 3. Pricing

    • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
    • Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.

    6. 4. Payment

    • We accept Cash on Delivery (where available) and advance payment through approved payment methods.
    • Full payment is required before dispatch for prepaid orders.

    7. 5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
    • Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

    8. 6. Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the wrong, damaged, or expired product is delivered.
    • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order with an unboxing video and clear photos.
    • Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from HerBelle.
